Multiple publications reported Thursday that Pete Hegseth, the host of Fox & Friends Weekend and a potential Trump Cabinet member, is being sued by the drummer he attacked with an axe during a June 2015 Fox News program.

When Hegseth tried to hurl the axe at a target, he hit Jeff Prosperie, a West Point drummer who was performing behind the building.

Prosperie filed a complaint against Hegseth on Thursday, accusing him of being “negligent, wanton, irresponsible, and carless, among other things, throwing an axe in an area where he knew or should have known there were pedestrians.
