Howie Long was not on Fox Sports’ NFL in November 2021. People began to believe he was suffering from Covid and recuperating at Arizona’s home.

As the cases of Covid increased significantly in November, supporters and well-wishers were concerned that he was suffering from the disease.

The story, however, was untrue, and he is perfectly all right. With a broad smile on his face, he’s returned to the program.

He appeared pretty fit and alive the following Sunday, yet the cause for his absence the previous Sunday remains a mystery.
