Matt Gerald is an American actor and screenwriter, known for his roles in numerous films and television projects. He currently portrays Melvin Potter in the Marvel Netflix series Daredevil, as part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Biography
Gerald was born in Miami, Florida, United States. A graduate from The University of Pennsylvania, he is best known for his roles as Melvin Potter on Neflix’s Daredevil, Corporal Lyle Wainfleet in James Cameron’s sci-fi thriller Avatar, and elusive predator, Ray Speltzer, on Showtime’s Dexter.
Other recent film credits include Escape Plan with Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, G.I.
