Danny New is leaving Daytime according to his announcement which came out about a month ago.

He announced through his Twitter, “After two wild years—through cancer, Covid and cat—this will be my last month at @DaytimeTVshow and @WFLA,” according to Ad Week.

The journalist has not made anything clear just yet and has not given any reasons for leaving the show to his fans and followers as of now. He has also not disclosed his plans for the future.

Danny might have come through a greater opportunity and might be working to grab the deal but he has not said anything yet. However, we will surely find out in the coming future.

Danny New does not have a wife just yet as he is not married but he is dating his girlfriend Tina Caporaso at the moment.

Danny New Thyroid Cancer Update

Danny New’s thyroid cancer has been taken care of in the latest update.

He was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer after he fell in the golf course while he was playing golf. Danny had to take an MRI test to know what was wrong with his back but along with two loose discs in his back doctors discovered something else.

The doctors found New had something wrong with his thyroid and after a series of tests the tumor seen on his thyroid was ruled to be cancerous according to Moffitt. He received surgery and everything looks good so far.
